Welcome to Good Day Recipe, a wellness and reflection app operated by Do It Different LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Good Day Recipe, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Good Day Recipe. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Terms

Good Day Recipe offers optional premium subscriptions. If you choose to subscribe:

• Billing
  Subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device.
• Auto-Renewal
  Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation
  You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Free Trials
  If offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the app (reflections, habits, notes, etc.). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content to provide the service.

You agree not to use the app to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6. Intellectual Property

Good Day Recipe, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Do It Different LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers

Good Day Recipe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

Good Day Recipe is a wellness and reflection tool, not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing mental health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Do It Different LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and notify users as appropriate. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
